Aarbee has developed a strong Research and Development team to enhance and automate the productivity and customer requirements. R&D team is continuously investigating to automate the job possibilities to produce accurate results and customer satisfaction. We are targeting to be best in the BIM technology race with the effective use of Microsoft.Net and the Application Programming Interfaces. Tools are developing in Tekla Structures and SDS/2 software’s to meet the project and customer demands. Aarbee offers our customer’s quality products within minimal time by the use of Tekla open API and the SDS/2 parametric modeling facilities.

At Aarbee, our ‘in house’ research and development staff prides itself in providing excellent world class innovative approach in order to meet the demanding schedules necessary to satisfy our clients in steel fabricating industry.

Not only we do focus on developing tools on 3D modeling and steel detailing using Tekla Structures and SDS/2 software, we continually induce newer methodologies for improvising the techniques. In-house developed API’s and plugins to support BIM software’s createan intelligent 3D model of the structure, and feature the capability to accurately visualize complex structures and their inter-relationship with architectural, mechanical and electrical project components. They provide General Arrangement drawings, steel detailing (fabrication) drawings and CNC data as outputs.

Developing tools to avoid possible clashes: By integrating with other advanced solutions and production planning systems - information can transfer automatically. Information can bereceived from structural engineers to coordinate with work, minimizing clashes.

Inducing tools to detect possible errors in detailing and to rectify them efficiently: In order to make the detailing process more efficient and flexible,Aarbee’s dedicated R&D department is into detecting and correcting errors, and modifying existing tools which contain information for generating drawings and reports.

Atomizing standards and templates: Individual detailer and fabricator standards pertaining to sheet style, template system, and layeringand text styles are grated to give our drawings the same look that the fabricator is used to.
